Why are Thames Water allowed to take so long to fix this? Their signs originally said it would be fixed by Mon 27th! No progress on filling the holes by today 29th? Looks like A21 will be u/s until Friday at the earliest now, and counting! Why are the traffic lights at Starts Hill not rephased to prevent traffic build up? Why is the parking along the top of Starts Hill not restricted to ease traffic flow? Is anyone in charge of this?Is anyone at the council interested in the build up of pollution because of standing traffic. Thought not!
