Tennisbal size debris/rock hit my car front screen when driving on the A406. This has caused an enormous crack of 4.5cm wide.

Tennisbal size debris/rock hit my car front screen when driving on the A406. This has caused a large crack of 4.5cm wide. Driving direction: east bound on A406 between Woodford New Road and Southend Road fly over (South Woodford area) Reason: grass verge cutters/cleaners clearing/cutting grass/debris. Debris jumped up from the use of their power tools (grass cutters) and hit my car. Pictures attached. Time/Date: 30-07-2020 at approx 10:30am.
