Traffic lights facing the wrong way

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2223831.

Member of public reports that the northwest side of Chalkers Corner, the pedestrian lights are facing in the wrong direction and not visible to pedestrians crossing from the south side.
