Looks like hit by vehicle and now leaning at 30 degree angle, not sure if it will collapse on someone.

Reported in the Damage - pole leaning / equipment detached from pole/facing the wrong direction category anonymously at 16:20, Thursday 30 July 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2223840.

I dont know how structurally sound it is and it is now a head height hazard for pedestrians. Those are seeing impaired would not know it is there. I cycled past and worried about it collapsing on someone waiting to cross the road.
