3 foot section of grating missing

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2227223.
A316 - Bridge over the river crane A large section of grating between the foot path and the cycle path is missing. The section is about 8 inches wide and 3 foot long and 12 inch deep whole.

Still missing. I had the flash on for the pic but this is a heavy traffic area for pedestrians and cyclists. It’s not very well lit and could cause some serious damage if a person were to fall.

8th Aug 11am, I stopped and looked at this, the repair looks incomplete, a section of tarmac has fallen in and there is also an odd Small hole in another part. I did send an update yesterday saying it doesn’t look great. For ease I’ll say A316 runs East West, some plastic barriers have been pulled out of the river with Conway written on them, and are now in crane park near the path that runs north south under the bridge but are actually under a tree, 3rd picture shows the missing grill in the river (bottom left of picture) picture taken having walked south under the bridge and looked back towards it, in all honesty I would respectfully suggest it would look a lot better and the grills would sit better if it was retrieved and replaced, ensuring public safety. This work is incomplete, unsafe and needs to be rectified.
