Light been out for over 5 weeks

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2229035.

There is a lamp post here thats light has been out for over 5 weeks. I have reported this to Westminster council 5 weeks ago but have just got back to me to say that its TfLs that maintains this road. Can this be addressed asap.
