3 paving slabs loose and dangerously riding up in cycle path on Mortlake Cemetery side of Clifford Avenue and Richmond side of Chiswick Bridge. Just after disused driveway towards bridge from cemetery entrance. Have been marked in orange for months and months, but are now becoming extremely dangerous to cyclists and pedestrians.
