Missing traffic light for pedestrians

Reported in the General Fault category anonymously at 01:09, Fri 7 August 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2234319.

Missing pedestrian traffic light, there is only traffic light for the cars in all directions. Is difficult to know when the pedestrians are able to cross safely. I keep crossing with my buggy all time running to make sure not any car is coming. There should be a traffic light for pedestrians to indicate when is safe for us to cross.

Updates

  • Traffic lights seem to be working however, pedestrian signals that manage at least 3 separate crossings haven't been working for over two weeks. This is an extremely busy road and needs rectifying asap.
