  • Due to the location of the works, we are unable to permit these works to be carried out during the day as they required a lane closure and the impact on the network is too great. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by these works, and the contractors have been advised that we have received a noise complaint. Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. Should you need anything else or have any questions please contact customer services on 0343 222 1234

  • Good afternoon, Since the government new covid guidelines, I always did wear mask in bus and tube but many people come in the bus without it and driver don't stop them. Could I ask you why? I don't get the point to settle a government rule if then some people are unofficial allowed to don't follow it

    Regards, Valerio Lauri.
