Just after I walked out of Waitrose, I fell over a gap in the paving slabs. They were small tiles near the wall and one of them was missing. I went down hitting my knee on the ground and twisting my ankle. My left knee is bruised, there was a very small cut as well. My right ankle is swollen, bruised and painful. I have been unable to put any weight on it and it still hurts now.
