04/041 - STC0214240: Street lighting ESP and LC have been made safe by STC/AA, however requires repair by TfL, as TLRN Road. LC is heavily corroded to the point that there is a hole and wires inside accessible - this has been made safe with emergency tape, but is only a temporary solution. ESP nearby the LC was found secured only by cable ties, so emergency tape also added to ESP to make safe. Both require follow-up by TfL.
