    Bowes Road A406 all shop shutters have graffiti. Network rail brige has graffiti. Area looks down unsafe with graffiti. Please remove as enfield council are sayin the road is controlled by tfl. Area profile feels unsafe when it should bright and clean for children and adults to walk on.
