Vauxhall Bridge Diversion Issue
Reported in the Streetspace Feedback category anonymously at 13:29, Thursday 27 August 2020
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2266347.
Diversions for Vauxhall bridge signs are missing, therefore its impossible to identify the diversion route. This is causing large traffic congestion and drivers simply getting lost while ending up in the congestion charge zone. See previous issue reported in this issue as this is more of the same.

Diversions for Vauxhall bridge signs are not clear at all. I was diverted through the congestion charge zone on 3/9/20 and still recieved a ULEZ fine for using Victoria Street. Why? I later read online somewhere that you have to stick to the diversion to be exempt. Why isnt there a clear sign mentioning this? Sign just says no ulez no congestion charge. Isnt a diversion a just a guide and if you have an alternative you can use it? It is near impossible to identify the diversion route. This is causing large traffic congestion and drivers simply getting lost while ending up in the congestion charge zone. I cant locate any map showing the diversion route and as i have driven through the place yesterday i gues i should expect another fine. What have car drivers who pay road tax done to tfl to deserve this?

I have received a congestion charge fine (in Victoria Street) for following the diversion (with Waze) although the sign by Vauxhall Bridge said the charge was suspended.
