Rocking manhole cover PLUS knocked pavement bollard

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2278793.

1) Manhole cover that knocks every time a vehicle goes over it - every few seconds. Can be heard inside my nearby flat. Has been loose for several years. Location: in the middle of the carriageways (between centre lines) immediately outside dentists. 2) Pavement bollard knocked over. This is a new incident. Location: on the pavement immediately opposite the dentists, on the other side of the road, at the entrance to flats.

  • The manhole - if fixed - is now broken again. I hear 'knock-knock' about a dozen times a minute as cars go over it on approach to the traffic lights and it is causing me serious agitation. Please take another look.
