Noisy Manhole 6 months after being repaired

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2287974.

This manhole noise was addressed at the end of March and was perfectly silent until last Saturday morning when it started being noisy again - all while traffic was considerably lower during lockdown!
