Sunken tarmac on carrigeway

Reported in the Pothole (minor) category anonymously at 17:30, Thursday 10 September 2020

Sent to TfL 6 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2288609.

On Tooting Bec Road in the direction of Streatham, directly at the junction with Elmbourne Road the tarmac is sunken where previous works had taken place. The sunken section has gradually settled over the last 6 months. It now poses a hazard to all users on Tooting Bec Road, especially when using the left hand side of carridgeway (e.g. cyclists and motorcycles). Users have to adjust their position further into the flow of traffic on the carridgeway in to order to navigate the uneven surface .
