Major traffic problems caused by changed traffic light timings

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2289274.

The timings on the traffic lights at the corner of London Wall and Moorgate have changed. The traffic light on London Wall (east-west) traffic only stays on green for 8 seconds. This is causing major tailbacks all the way to the Museum of London.
