Bollards causing social distancing problems -High St, BR4 0NH

Reported in the Streetspace Feedback category anonymously at 14:58, Monday 14 September 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2294070.

Have been advised by the London Borough of Bromley to contact you regarding my query. I contacted LBB 4/8/20 and was advised by them that this would need to be dealt with by TFL. My query is - there are 6 concrete bollards surrounding the pavement outside Bites & Melts, 66 High Street, West Wickham BR4 0NH. These are causing me and many others a problem especially under the present climate of social distancing. They are situated close to a bus stop, causing significant problems when people are departing a bus and pedestrians are having to move out of the way, resulting in the young/old and parents with buggies/prams bumping into the bollards. Can they please be removed as they are a hazard or can you explain the purpose for them being there.
