Cars parked in 405 bus stop space

Reported in the Damage - other (bus stops and shelters) category anonymously at 06:25, Thu 17 September 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2298584.

The 405 southbound bus cannot sop in its space because cars are parked there, apparently legally! so the bus has to stop in middle of A23, and passengers must weave through parked cars to mount/dismount. this is very difficult for disabled (crutches, wheelchairs) and pushchairs. Surely this breaks law on anti discrimination? also causes queues of vehicles in both directions and is unsafe when they overtake stationary bus in middle of road on the bend.
