As you have introduced one way pedestrian traffic on the bridge but no pedestrian crossing to facilitate this, the corner gets congested easily.

As above. There is such a strong need for a pedestrian crossing here even without the social distancing measure. It is very dangerous to cross the embankment. Unsurprisingly, few people are risking their lives in traffic to avoid the slim chance of catching Covid while walking swiftly past someone on the bridge.

This problem is no better - the one way system means that we risk our lives crossing the road on this busy junction. It would be good to have a pedestrian crossing please
