Post office unable to operate

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2308179.
Staff have said they cannot take post as royal mail cannot park outside anymore because tfl has put a cycle lane and a camera outside without consulting any local businesses it may affect. Obviously this is a complete oversight and needs to be resolved immediately as customers of balham are unable to post and workers at the post office are unable to work. Sort this out ASAP
