Pedestrian detection fault

Reported in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 11:16, Thu 24 September 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2309737.

The traffic light at Clifford avenue in east Sheen in the side of Upper Richmond Road West is a serious healthy and safety concern. The timing of the traffic lights take forever that I have seen so many kids at school times (morning and afternoon) crossing the dangerous road when the light is red after waiting for so long and eventually running out of patience. I use it when I take my kid to and from school and so does other parents but the times I’ve seen dangerous crossing because of the lights timing is a serious concern and should not be looked over. Please do take action, as a group of residents are thinking about escalating this issue before someone get hurt.
