Trees overhanging my elderly mothers small garden

Reported in the Low hanging branches category anonymously at 14:16, Thu 24 September 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2310083.

My mum lives at 13 Ben Curtis and huge trees are now overhanging her garden leaving her to clean up daily and also to climb ladders which is very dangerous, she is living with dementia and the trees make her very anxious. I would appreciate this issue being resolved asap.
