Cars are parking on pavement blocking pedestrian access

This is happening almost daily and especially at weekends.

There seems to be a territorial despite as to whether this is Lambeth. TFL or private pavement. Meanwhile the pedestrians are forced out into the busy main road.

This should be totally unacceptable.
