Waiting times at pedestrian crossing
Reported in the General Fault category anonymously at 16:15, Sat 26 September 2020
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2312975.
This pedestrian crossing (not at a road intersection) has extremely long waiting times from pressing the button. At least 3-5 minutes. This is causing people to try to dart across this busy road, or having to wait around in heavy pollution often with children.
We see no reason why the it can't be more reactive, benefiting local people to walking in the area.

Has there been any progress on this to help pedestrians? The pedestrian crossing (also not at intersection) at East Putney tube station is way more reactive than this one.
