Cycle intact but in the river

Santander cycle has been abandoned in a shallow river near the southern end of the park slightly to the north of the river/DLR footbridge, my pin on the map is pretty accurate and I have also annotated photos to show how to find it (did not have suitable footwear to recover it myself). It seems otherwise undamaged, could not read the number as there was debris in the way.
