25% of the surround of a large manhole cover has been crushed

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 16:16, Sun 4 October 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2324707.

On the Westbound A316 10m west of the junction with Parkshot (Richmond/TW9) in the nearside lane. Have today walked past this location and seen a badly damaged mid-lane manhole surround partly crushed and depressed to a depth of approx 3-4 inches. The break is clean and has left two mini-slabs of the surround loose and moving under vehicles. This may be a significant risk to both cyclists and motor cyclists in low light and wet conditions.
