Each morning when I travel from Ladywell Road into Lewisham High Street, I find that the light sequence is not operating correctly. Traffic attempting to enter Lewisham High St from Ladywell Road is often left queuing as the traffic light misses several sequences. This results in people having to go through the red light from Ladywell Rd when the light should actually be green as all other traffic coming from the other two directions is also at a red light.
Unfortunately we have not been able to fix this within the timescale that we originally told you. This is in progress and we hope to have it fixed soon. Should you need anything else or have any questions please contact customer services on 0343 222 1234
