The phasing of the lights are incorrect and dangerous.
Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 15:19, Monday 5 October 2020
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2326491.
The phasing of the lights are incorrect and dangerous. As the lights go green to cross the box junction the opposite lights turn red. This forces the drivers to stop in yellow box junction. Many cars ignore the second red light so that they are not forced to stop in yellow box junction but the pedestrian crossing is active for people to cross the road? This is an accident waiting to happen and as a driver you are forced to break a law no matter what decision you make?
Thank you for your report. This will now be investigated by our team, where possible and appropriate action will be taken. We will aim to update you in progress within 10 days
