Incorrect signage for bus lane
Reported via iOS in the Streetspace Feedback category anonymously at 13:57, Tue 6 October 2020
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2328323.
The bus Lane on bromley common has been changed to 24 hours, but there are now TWO signs saying different restrictions on the bus lane. The first sign states the bus lane is in operation between 7-10am, then HALF WAY DOWN THE BUS LANE is a NEW sign stating it’s 24 hours. Obviously this is going to result in a lot of people receiving fines for using the bus lane because the first sign you see is INCORRECT. This needs changing!

This is still showing a difference in signage on the bus lane. Having witnessed a near miss between two cars today, this should be sorted sooner rather than later before there is an injury. Thank you.

I drove past this sign today [October 16] and it was still the old sign showing various times of operation of the bus lane. It is confusing to road users and should be changed immediately to concur with the sign further along the road saying it is a bus lane all the time. Perhaps the Streetspace team should be reminded that every journey matters, even for car drivers in Bromley.
