Some steps on the pedestrian subway are loose and dangerous to use.

Local people are asking why this has been sent to TfL when it is commonly thought that these dangerous steps are thought to be maintained by Network Rail or Lewisham Council? Note that these steps were already becoming dangerous in summer 2020, but are more so in current icy conditions.
