Not sure if this is the correct email but on the Old Kent Road northbound on the corner by Malt Street traffic lights (outside the covenant church) there is a man hole cover which is coming loose as when cars are driving over it you can hear the smack against the concrete and it is beginning to make a hole so thought I would email in as it will eventually cause an accident and is probably fairly easy to fix at the moment. - The noise is really bad and constant I live about 150 meters away and I can here it inside my flat with ear plugs in and triple glazed windows
