Relocation of bus stop and erection of shelter outside Rutherford House School.

Reported via mobile in the Pavement Overcrowding category anonymously at 11:08, Mon 19 October 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2347322.

Relocation of bus stop and erection of shelter outside Rutherford House School. At drop off and pick up times the pavement is very congested, people (including children) frequently use the bike lane to maintain social distance in front of the school. To be honest, they are just trying to get through, not necessarily main distances. This is very dangerous and one day soon someone will be hit and seriously injured. It could be a primary school child. A bus shelter will reduce the amount of space we have outside the school. There are no safety barriers. There are no signs. It seems there is no concern for the safety of our children and no concern for national COVID measures. Could you please confirm your plans for the bus stop and confirm what measures you are putting in place to ensure children's (in particular) safety outside their school.
