Traffic Lights not there

Reported via desktop in the All out category anonymously at 14:21, Mon 19 October 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2347795.

Customer called to report that the traffic lights were dug up and then replaced by TFL and they haven't replaced the lights that were there. This is now causing issues with pedestrians who are crossing - the customer himself was almost hit this morning, and he saw this happen to atleast 4 more groups of people.

Updates

  • If vehicles are in the interchange area, there are no lights telling them to stop when the pedestrian crossing light is green. This is very dangerous and will kill people.
