The buses do not stop at the bus stop. They stop short, at the shelter, which means people crowd round my gate/entrance to my home. I frequently cannot get in easilty, and have to get people to move.

The buses need to stop AT THE STOP, and not at the shelter, or anywhere else short of the bus stop. There is no excuse, as you have closed the parking bay, in front of the bus stop.

Or you can move the shelter to the bus stop.
