2 Thames Water Access pltes noisy

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2349433.

The main drain Thames Water access 2' sq close to the Tweedy Rd/College Rd Tfc lights on the London Rd side is continuously rattled by A21 tfc . To add to the unnecessary disturbance the Thames Water Access plates in Parking Bay 2 in College Rd reported over 2 yrs ago and deemed to a Council responsibility has still not been repaired although it is a council rd !! From personal experience Thames Water have a reputation of ignoring complaints as they have done in Parking Bay 2 until they are threatened with legal action . I do not expect this report to be deemed not a Council responsibility .
