Sent to TfL less than a minute later.
TfL ref: FMS2350748.
Comments: The London Bridge social distancing at the junction of the A3200 and the A3 (outside the London Bridge tube station entrance Borough exit) has made the road extremely dangerous for cyclists with very narrow lanes. I have yet to see the areas cordoned off by the streetscape barriers used by pedestrian for all the time I have been cycling through since they were installed in July (I commute the route daily). I have pointed this danger out to police officers and made the suggestion that pulling back the barriers by a 1.5m towards the kerb would allow a cycle Lane. They agreed but said that I had to complain to you TfL. Furthermore the barriers are not maintained creating further dangers for cyclists (some of the top guardrail elements are titled into the carriageway). Since the barriers have been installed they clearly have not been inspected or maintained for safety. I can't understand that you have implemented a scheme which makes it more hazardous and dangerous for cyclist when you are trying to encourage more cycling. I would ask you to reconsider this very ill advised scheme.
