Possible fault with pedestrian lights

Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 15:14, Friday 23 October 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2354487.

Was at the crossing outside the South Tottenham station. The crossing indicated a green man so started to cross when a van went through and then a couple of cars. Did not see the cars as the bus was blocking their view. Could have been an accident. Questioning if there was an issue with the lights or other driver is to blame
