Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2355511.

Customer has called today to say that the A2 Sliproad off to falconwood is closed, with no reason being found. Customer is understandably angry about this as it causing huge tailbacks with no information as to why and when it will be open again.
