Uneven road surface causing house to shake

This issue was first noticed last week but is getting worse. There is an uneven road surface - pothole or manhole cover on A2 causing the house to shake especially when hit by HGV's. The shaking is now so bad it is waking me during the night and is causing anxiety that the house is being damaged by the vibrations.
