Works notified and appear to be complete since 3 days however 3-way traffic con tool still in place causing major delays through to A316 and beyond

We were notified of works scheduled for overnight 22 Oct 2020. However the 3-way traffic light system still in place and causing major delays in area with no workmen on site since original date.
