Double drain outside 15 Florence terrace on the London bound A3 is not working. Caused flooding during mild rain and danger to road users, pedestrians and local property. The ombudsman has indicated you are legally required to maintain these so please fix it ASAP. Note we have been trying to get this fixed for years. We thought you had completed the work, but no it is still broken causing damage to the correction I have already started to fix on my property.

  • This hole has worsened over the past 7 days - tarmac has loosened around the edges of the ironworks and the manhole cover is now popping up/down. Very alarming when your car wheel hits it and it's very difficult to avoid it at busy times.

  • The road is reduced to one lane by cones. There is no work going on. No obstructions. It is causing severe traffic holdups. No flooding. Why?
