Missing cover - trip hazard

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2361778.

Man hole cover is missing which has been replaced with a yellow cover. Caller is advising it as a trip hazard near building 199 Bishopsgate LONDON EC2M 3TY
