Noisy manhole

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2364585.

One of the manhole covers on glebe way is making lots of noise when cars go over it! The issues has been "fixed" but I can say it definitely hasn't as I sit in my house listening to it every evening! Please come and fix it as its a noise nuisance.

This loose manhole cover was fixed in October, but as at 4 November 2020 is now loose again and causing much distress to residents as traffic thunders over the manhole cover, causing extremely loud noise and vibration. Please revisit the site and fix properly.
