Manhole cover damage

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2366694.

Recently repaired manhole cover needs to be fixed again. Concrete placed around the sides of manhole cover has broken away and as a result is very noisy. Please come and repair/replace manhole cover as it never was this bad until recently.
