Lights still stuck on red between Clarence Terrace and Baker Street

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2366896.

Customer called saying that the problem still hadn't been fixed and cars were driving on the kerb because the traffic lights were stuck on red , stated that he was concerned about the safety of pedestrians
