Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2369394.

Customer called to advise there is a big tree near the road, a branch has fallen and is hanging on another branch just now. if it falls at any point, customer advises this is a big branch and will fall soon. this will cause serious harm to pedestrians/property

This is outside 85 Cheam Road SM1 2BD
