Loose Manhole Cover

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2372983.

This manhole cover is very loose so lifts up every time a car goes over it which not only creates a great deal of noise but could be very dangerous. Please can it be fixed urgently before an accident happens. It is located just outside the BP station.
