Button is missing

The button is missing on the box which says Wait.

I do not agree that this is a non-urgent matter. I am a blind person, I live very locally to this junction and have to cross the road regularly. I rely on the revolving cone at the bottom of the box to know when it is safe to cross the road. Obviously the cone will not revolve if there is no button to press! Therefore, I would be grateful if you could expedite this matter at your earliest convenience.
