Manhole cover sticking up by about 4 inches

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2374697.

Manhole cover is not on properly its raised about 4 or 5 inches and is a serious health and safety hazard. Its near to the entrance of Finsbury Park Close to the bus stop and lidl its a high traffic route.
